Raider Adventure is a South African adventure and outdoor experience company dedicated to delivering safe, well-organised, and memorable trips. We specialise in curated off-road tours, camping experiences, and guided outdoor expeditions designed for individuals, groups, and corporate teams.

Welcome to Raider Adventure.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any tour, event, trip, or service provided by Raider Adventure ("we", "our", "us").

  1. Bookings and Payments
    2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received.

Raider Adventure reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.

2.2 Deposits

A rescheduled date, or

A refund (excluding third-party costs where applicable)

  1. Assumption of Risk

Adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Off-road driving

Outdoor camping

Hiking and physical activity

Wildlife encounters

Changing weather conditions

By participating, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

  1. Indemnity and Liability Waiver

Participants agree to:

Indemnify and hold harmless Raider Adventure, its owners, guides, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation.

Accept that participation is at their own risk.

Raider Adventure shall not be liable for:

Personal injury or death (except where caused by gross negligence)

Loss or damage to personal property

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

  1. Medical and Fitness Requirements

Participants must:

Be physically fit to participate in the activity.

Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations before departure.

Carry personal medication where necessary.

Raider Adventure reserves the right to deny participation if a participant’s condition poses a safety risk.

  1. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

Follow guide instructions at all times

Respect other participants

Respect wildlife and the environment

Follow Leave No Trace principles

Comply with all local laws

Raider Adventure reserves the right to remove any participant who:

Behaves recklessly

Endangers others

Is under the influence of illegal substances

Causes damage to property

No refund will be given in such cases.

  1. Vehicles and Equipment

Where applicable:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are roadworthy and suitable for off-road conditions.

Personal equipment is the participant’s responsibility.

Any damage caused by a participant to rented or provided equipment may be charged accordingly.

  1. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Medical emergencies

Personal injury

Trip cancellation

Loss or damage to property

Raider Adventure does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

  1. Photography and Media

Raider Adventure may take photographs or videos during tours for marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify us in writing prior to the trip.

  1. Force Majeure

Raider Adventure shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Civil unrest

Pandemic-related restrictions

Extreme weather

  1. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
